Genre Announcement!
We have announced what genres will be headlined for the three days of the Wheatland Wonder Music Festival! Our team worked together to incorporate our music tastes and to represent a genre for every music lover. Without further ado, the genre reveal:

Wheatland Wonder... Amusement Park!
As you may have seen on our Instagram, we have just revealed that Wheatland Wonder Music Festival will mimic an amusement park for music lovers to enjoy rides in between sets! Festival fans will be able to add on an amusement park pass to their ticket purchase in order to have unlimited access to all the rides at the event. An additional park bracelet will be sent along with the festival bracelet. However, for those who are not quite sure at checkout if they want to add on a park pass, festival goers will be able to purchase single ride tickets or unlimited park bracelets at the festival grounds! Wheatland Wonder will have a ferris wheel, two large roller coasters, a carousel ride, large slides, and so much more! Stay tuned for prices, deals, packages, and giveaways to be announced!

Wheatland Wonder is holding a giveaway contest on our Instagram! One lucky winner will get two free 3-day passes to Wheatland Wonder Music Festival. Participants must follow @wheatland_wonder on Instagram, like all of our posts, follow our followers, and then comment explaining they need the tickets! They then need to tag 3 friends in order to complete their entry into the contest! Good Luck!
Looking forward to Day 1's lineup release!
The lineup release for Day 1 is days away and coming up fast! In just a few days we will be releasing the genre that will be showcased on day 1 as well! We decided we wanted to do a three genre festival to be able to celebrate all types of music. With music being an art and a freedom of expression, we don't see a reason to limit music lovers to just one genre of the art. The four founders of Wheatland Wonder; Kallee, Nina, Emily, and Kyle, all have different music tastes and have collaborated on both our differences and what we share in common to orchestrate the perfect music festival. A problem that we've noticed in the music industry is that there is an apparent segregation amongst the different genres. For example, there is a festival dedicated to Country music and a festival dedicated to EDM, get lovers of both cannot fulfill their music taste at one time. We wanted to create a space were the genres can be joined together and enjoyed by all of their fans at once. Our festival is a space for all preferences, all people, and is open to everyone.

Welcome to our blog! We are so excited for you to join us as we share with you the Wheatland Wonder Festival experience. Although this is our team's first year together, we have so much planned for the future of this festival. We hope to create a one-of-a-kind experience where you are able to choose what genres of music you listen to at a festival. We also want to create an opportunity for students from eastern Washington to meet and bond over your passion for music. Our goal is for people like you to become interested enough to attend our festival and for our festival to expand so we can book more artists and larger venues. We are committed to delivering an exciting and liberating music experience to fans of all different types of genres. We hold true to ensuring that every mainstream genre is appreciated by the best musicians, merchandise, and that the festival is upheld by a convenient and functional venue that ensures customers are having the most worthwhile experience. We want you to look forward to our festival annually. We hope to make a lasting impression on everyone that goes to Wheatland Wonder Music Festival, whether it be your first festival or one of many annually attended.
